Use AreaBol for facts

Post only a condition you directly observed. Describe the place and civic impact without accusations, political campaigning, hate, threats, or naming private individuals.

Protect people

Do not upload faces, children, number plates, phone numbers, identity documents, medical details, or exact private addresses. Do not enter dangerous areas to take a photo.

Evidence review

Every submission is private while pending. AreaBol may approve, reject, edit a status, mark a duplicate, or remove content to protect privacy, safety, and accuracy. Approval means it passed a basic community-safety review; it is not a government finding.

No emergency service

Do not use AreaBol for emergencies or crimes in progress. Contact local emergency services. AreaBol does not guarantee that a department will receive or resolve a report.

Official complaints

Posting on AreaBol does not automatically create a complaint with any authority. Use the relevant official portal when a formal grievance or legal record is needed.

Constructive participation

Use “I also see this” only when you have personally observed the same issue. Flag content only for a genuine privacy, safety, spam, or accuracy concern.
